Has Its Good and Bad Qualities

Good: Found my BLE heart rate monitor (Mio Alpha) instantly. Shows my heart rate as a badge even when Im not in the application. (iPhone 5)

Bad: Ads at the top of the apps display are annoying. Having to know my resting and max heart rates to configure the zones is restrictive. (iPhone 5)

VERY Bad: iPad version of app cannot connect to Alpha Mio, crashes.
